Chelation

Chelation: Heavy Metal Detox

In today's polluted environment, thousands of man-made chemicals affect our health by disrupting the body's natural functions and creating an inflammatory response. The body stores these chemicals in fat cells and the liver, kidneys, thyroid, brain and bones. Over time, these contaminants accumulate in the tissues, causing toxicity.

Eliminating the body of pollutants can help strengthen the immune system and improve the body's natural functions.

How Does it Work?

The body cannot excrete some metals ─ such as mercury, lead, cadmium and aluminum ─ which accumulate and create a toxic burden. Chelation works by removing heavy metals from the body through the injection of intravenous chelating agents, EDTA and DMPS, which bind (chelate) the metals and eliminate them through urination. We combine these agents with vitamin C, zinc, selenium, glutathione to enhance their elimination.

What Can it Treat?

NPG uses Chelation to treat conditions associated with heavy metal buildup, including:

  • Fibromyalgia
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Cancer
  • Heart disease
  • Neurodegenerative conditions such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease

Why IV Nutrient Therapy?

Vitamins and minerals are important, but when they are taken by mouth the amount that can actually be absorbed and used is limited as they move through the intestines and are processed by the liver. The fastest and most effective way for your body to receive nutrients is to deliver them directly to the brain, heart and other vital organs through the bloodstream.

IV therapy is used to treat numerous conditions, disorders, and health challenges in order to optimize health.

Contact NPG to discuss IV Nutrient Therapy and schedule your appointment.
