Clinical Massage
"Massage touches every system of the body as well as the mind, the heart and the spirit" - Ruth Brown, LMT
My primary aim is to help each of us progressively realize and express our Whole True Self.
The mission of my massage practice is to provide tools and processes for knowing, healing and intentionally transforming our entire beings through our relationship with our bodies.
All the branches of natural medicine - naturopathy, chiropracty and osteopathy - recognize the innate intelligence of our bodies and the prime directive of life to which we instinctively respond. We find that the amazing phenomenon of our physiology itself declares the value of being human and the opportunity we have to claim healthful and meaningful lives. By consciously treating our bodies with respect and care and by viewing each arising need for healing as a chance to understand and appreciate ourselves more profoundly, we can enjoy our physical life as it unfolds. It is toward that purpose I practice as a massage therapist.
Ruth Brown, LMT, began practice in 1989 as a massage therapist for a chiropractic clinic in Mesa, Arizona. She specializes in neuromuscular massage therapy, and uses electrosonic and cold laser therapy.

Clinical Massage at Naturopathic Physicians Group... Ruth Brown, LMT
Massage has long been recognized for its relaxing and rejuvenating effects which are helpful for everyone. It also provides specific therapeutic benefits for people struggling with a variety of health challenges and medical conditions.
At Naturopathic Physicians Group, clinical massage is available from independent practitioner Ruth Brown, LMT.
